So this time I choose a Thrash Metal band, Testament.
Their lastest album is The Formation Of Damnation. It is the ninth studio album by Testament, which was released on April 29, 2008. It is the first album Testament has released since 1999's The Gathering, although the band re-recorded some of their early material for 2001's. It is also Testament's first release with original guitarist Alex Skolnick since 1992's The Ritual and bassist Greg Christian since 1994's Low.
The album debuted at no. 59 on the Billboard 200 Chart, selling 11,900 copies in its first week. It won the "Best Album" award at Metal Hammer's Golden Gods Awards ceremony on 16th June 2008, beating albums by Atreyu, Avenged Sevenfold, Children of Bodom and Down.
Here are a few songs from this new album. I hope that you enjoy it.
Testament - More Than Meets The Eye
Testament - The Evil Has Landed
Testament - The Formation Of Damnation
Testament - The Persecuted Won't Forget
Testament - Killing Season

ELECTRO TRANSE
Well Hugo Henriques, first of all it was a typing error; second the votation that you are seeing it is for this week xD
But that's ok :D
And continue with the comments. ^^
The sweet old "trash metal"
Actually everyone that doesn't deal with it everyday does that typo.
Also, this album gets my vote for best thrash album of the year, one track of the album is enough to a whole Death Magnetic (Metallica's new album). Anyway it isn't a Souls of Black, but I like this one better, hope to hear at least 4 tracks in their show at March next year :D
Oh and you should do a analysis to the album, you only posted info, and if Metal wins this week, it will be all my fault ahah
(I bet your teacher doesn't like Testament)
Hugo I was looking forward for your rock post and you still haven't updated your blog...
